This might be a stupid mistake but it made me headache all night long. I made the FTPES testing on ProFTPD on Ubuntu 8.04, in order to access from the internet, then I have to configure MasqueradeAddress to the domain name that can resolve to my WAN IP address from outside. But If I set MasqueradeAddress, I will have the problem on FTP Layer in all CMS, Joomla, Wordpress. The CMS will show the error message that it cannot find the correct path of the editing file, etc. If included the wordpress auto updating problem, I had this problem few weeks already, but at that time I didn't know that this is the same problem.

Another new released of Twitter Status Update extension. There was some problem again if I create new article and save from my computer, the SEF path is not correct it seems like it cannot find and refer to itemid during save the article. And if I create the article from the frontend is even worse. The url is refer to my article submisson page, which not allow for guest to view. Anyway, I have seen that in meedee.net is working find, the SEF path is correct, and I still have no time to look inside yet. But the new version released!

There are many Google Analytics extensions for Joomla! available in JED from simple to advance features. Unfortunately, few of them has less active and the embeded google tracking code snippet are out-of-date. This iBualoy Analytics is a simple plugin to integrate latest Google Analytics Javascript into the html header in your website according to Google's Guideline.

Since I started using Joomla! few years ago, I choose JCE to be my main html editor. Actually I prefer wordpress content editor :P. Anyway, I was using JCE Component 1.5.6 + Editor 1.5.2 for a while, because I have found some bugs in Editor 1.5.3, then I skipped this version. Now the latest version of JCE is Component 1.5.7 + Editor 1.5.4 which now come in single installer packgage, and the good thing is you can upgrade directly and no need to uninstall the previous version, that's great!

Last night there was a problem about installing the joomla extensions, but finally I made it successfully. The latest version of very nice Joomla - Twitter extension. Twitter Status 2.0 for Joomla! by Tomasz Dobrzyński. The main function is remain, but there are many improved features especially the SEF url. This extension also converted from GPL to Supscription based extensions. Anyway the price compare to its nice features is really reasonable.

I didn't update ibualoy for a long time just because there was some messing problems about twitter update, and JoomlaPraise Admin Template. Twitter update extension has refer to incorrect url just only on this site. And I still cannot find the reason yet T.T.While JoomlaPraise Admin Template is a good template, but it's very slow, and doesn't support google gear, and it modified many things in the backend, so i guess it's not easy to reverse back the default template.

I was surfing around in twitter, and found that @joomlawatch was following me, JoomlaWatch is a Stat Monitoring Extension for Joomla! that I was using for a short time, but there is a performance issue, then I quit. The point is I have seen is tweet about Hidden Joomla Secret by Brian Teeman. This presentation is very Funky!!! it was shown in Joomla Day NL. I really love this one lol.

I have been looking for some extension that able to tweet when publish a new Joomla article. Unfortunately, I wasn't successful in the past. I was a little bit jeolous when Wordpress can tweet with a new post so easy. But today I just tried to search in again and found out that there are quite handy extensions for tweet a new article, and another extension to show timeline of my twitter account. Wow! I'm feeling great!
